Sottocenere With Truffles CheeseIt shipped quickly. The taste is perfect. I'm going to use in in a truffled potato mushroom gratin. It's everything it claims to be.

I purchased this cheese for a trip to wine country. This went very well with wine and crackers and especially on its own. It is so flavorful but not overpowering. It is a little on the soft side (I like harder cheeses), but it was still delicious. It was vacuum packed, very well packaged, and arrived quickly. I'll definitely be purchasing this again in the future if I have the need for this type of cheese.

Tomme de Savoie CheeseHad this cheese in a specialty restaurant and totally fell in love with it!!I can eat it at every meal with a good cracker or crusty baguette and be a happy camper!!..Just get it and see for yourself!
