This stuff is electrifyingly good. I bought it to spread on bread, as a tapenade and it's delicious that way. But it is also fantastic when used as a sauce and mixed with pasta such as paparadelle.

This is a great condiment; not truly vinegar, but agrodolce, as it is blended with unfermented grape must. That adds a wonderful, balancing sweetness to it that enhances most anything you put it on or in. I've been using this for several years now, and it's to the point that I use it in some way almost every night. Find it cheaper elsewhere, though.
Cute sets but I didn't get the four versions of vinegar that is shown on Amazon.com. A little dissappointing. Got the ole switch-er-roo I guess.

I bought this product having no idea what it was or how it tasted. I was searching for something with a hint of orange to make homemade salad dressings this was part of the search. I have no regret buying it, except for the fact I can't get enough! I blended it with some mandarin oranges, olive oil, cilantro, and an Agave nectar stick . . . . . YUM. Great on baby lettuce with goat cheese, dried cranberries, crushed walnuts and mandarin oranges slices on top!! I also made a chicken wardolf salad with a tablespoon of the above dressing added to some mayonnaise. Find a store near you.

I've had this for a year now and it's done it's job. The only complaint I have is when I got it, the bars were a little tweeked of the structure of the rack, so it didn't sit quite evenly. I have an eye to detail so this has always bothered me, but other than that it is great.

I used to live close to Fastachi and went there often to purchase nuts for myself as well as friends and family for holidays and house warming. They roast the nuts there in the shop. I love mixed nuts but I get sick of brands that consist primarily of peanuts. So I decided to give this brand a shot. As a total cheap-skate I was iffy about the shipping, but the product(s) arrived in a carefully packaged box. They used plenty of paper for padding and minimal plastic, which is actually a big plus for me. The largest percent of this mix seems to be almonds. However there are enough of the other types listed that I didn't feel that I had been ripped-off. The nuts themselves are fresh, flavorful and salted but not overly so. A little better quality wise than buying bulk at the store, at greater cost. I think it is worth it and will continue purchasing as long as they keep their quality up.
I bought this as a Valentine's gift back in '07. Sorry for the late review. The case was sturdy and elegant, the smoked salmon and other treats inside were delicious. I wish there were more, but then again, when it's that tasty, there's probably never enough.
