O Olive Oil - O Cabernet Wine Vinegar
I usually pick this up (every bottle available)when I see it at Home Goods or TJ Maxx but, it's so hit or miss. Sometimes I can grab 4 or 5 and sometimes it goes for months where there are none.I'm hoping more people will catch on to how great this vinegar is, popularity will grow and I'll be able to grab it at the local Stop & Shop. I't so good that I'll search & buy on the internet when I can't find it and I don't do that for just any condiment.
This is great in any dish calling for red wine vinegar. If you think you don't like red wine vinegar, it's because you've been using such substandard brands (progresso ewww!! and don't EVER buy the store brand!) that you don't know what red wine vinegar shoud be.
You should be able to taste the wine. It should not be watery in the least. It should make you happy!
I cook with this on a regular basis. I'm basting cornish game hens with this vinegar right now (Mud Hen in a Mud Pack from Barbara Byfiend's The Eating In Bed Cookbook copyright 1962)and I use it when I make my sausages in red cabbage

The cheese is good quality, and the packaging so good that I was able to carry it in a moving van from Seattle to Durham, NC with no problems, I'll order again. If you're a smoked-gouda fan, remember that every brand that's "real" tastes slightly different, and this is a tad bit sharp, but I prefer sharp to too mild.

My Wife and I have been making wine from kits for about seven years now. This was our first Cornucopia Fruit Wine Kit. I think that my wife won't let me go back to our other brands now. The flavor of this wine is so incredibly Raspberry flavor, it's as if you are really biting into sweet juicy RED RASPBERRIES and the juice is running down your fingers and chin and the aftertaste you are left with is so pleasant on your tongue, you feel like you spent the day picking Raspberries and eating them as well. This kit was very easy to make. The only thing I did a little differently as far as bumping up the alcohol is I added about 2.5 lbs of corn sweetner (clear Karo) at the beginning of the fermenting. Just add it before the yeast. We have the Pear kit Fermenting now. And we just ordered a second kit of this Red Raspberry. We give a lot to friends and family and neighbors and they all want more more MORE!!!! lol. Well, we are looking forward to trying other flavors. My wife says to try the Red Currant for the holidays. And Green Apple at least. From all the reviews I read, it looks like there really isn't any flavor that is bad. So if your looking for an intense fruit flavor try this Red Raspberry Pinot Nero. You certainly will not be disappointed. Bet you can't drink just one glass!

This wine turned out so GREAT that my wife and friends had me order another 1 as soon as they tasted it. The bouquet was so fragrant and nice not to mention the taste which was fabulous. It makes a decent wine, this is made to drink when the wine is young, while the wine is just OK at a young stage, it says aging will cause it to lose the fruity taste but since it makes about 30 bottles I think there will be quite a few that will be left to age. I have made wine before and it has turned out well and tasted good after aging. This kit has the ingredients necessary to make the wine but you do need to have your own fermenting container, carboy, the air locks, bottles and things like that. With these wine kits you often get told to put Keilesol and Chitosan to clarify the wine...those packets are in the kits. My wife, since I started making wine from kits, has been saying there is a chemical under taste that is not appealing. She has a very sensitive taste capability well beyond me, but even I noticed it.SO.....
First I added 24 ounces of Karo syrup to boost the alcohol content (to the must), then I followed directions right up to adding the sweetened flavoring. (potassium sorbate, etc was put in...). I only added about 2/3 of the sweet flavoring bag, otherwise it would have been too sweet. Then I stirred well...then I did....nothing....
I let it settle for a week then carted it over to another carboy again, leaving the dregs behind. A week later I filtered it through the small filter system (Vinbrite....works well but you have to rig the bottom plumbing a little) and the wine was....EXCELLENT.
If this doesn't work for you...sorry. However, my 2+ cases were immediately wiped out by friends and family after they tasted it. So now I get to do it again and this time I will shut up once the batch is complete!

I'm relatively new tp Pu-erh, but recently I've tried at least 25 different kinds from across Yunnan Province, and the Six Famous Tea Mountains. Each has its unique flavor, changing slowly through multiple steepings.This particular tea is my favorite "Sheng" or raw tea from Bana. Flavorful from the first through 6-8 steepings, holding a balanced bitter/sweet flaver so enjoyable to me. I think I'll get an extra cake and see if I can keep out of it to age it for a decade or so! Looking at the spent leaves in my gaiwan, this cake seems to be made of high quality materials, carefully handled from harvest to my doorstep.
A previous review said that this tastes like green tea. Yes, a very refreshing green tea, which is what raw Puer is, I believe. This particular tea tastes slightly fruity rather than just "green", and the flavors stand up to repeated brewing: 9 or 10 (small, Chinese) cups. It's great as iced tea, too.I've had really good pu erh tea and this does not taste like it at all. It tastes and looks more like green tea. Although it tasted decent, I was expecting something that did not taste so much like green tea. Alot of vendors are jumping on the pu erh bandwagon charging customers alot of money making them think it's pu erh. I do not believe this is 100% pu erh as stated in the description.
