First, service was excellent, the product arriving sooner than I expected it.Second, it's Limburger Cheese. If you love it, you'll probably love it. If you hate it, well... If you've never tried it, if you are able to ignore the smell (which is quite rank) you'll be better able to appreciate the flavor.

The cheese I bought was good, but I had an issue with shipment. They posted shipment notification a week before actual shipment, which made me eagerly waiting for the cheese that had not even left the shop. The company made a generous compensation for this unhappy incident, for which I am grateful.I suggest that in the future they post the shipment notification AFTER they ship the item as we all do in Amazon.com and also two business days after the transaction.

Napa Essentials The Electronic Sommelier Gift Set
Being completely ignorant of wine and all things associated, this Sommelier gift set seemed a little over the top. Previously, I found the basic corkscrew awkward and accident prone. I was impressed with the power corkscrew and found it had the power that was needed. With a little practice, the unit was quick and easy to use; I would especially recommend this unit for anyone lacking hand strength or suffering with joint pain. The second unit allowes the user to vacuum seal an opened, partially used bottle of wine. At this point I have not had the occasion to use the vacuum but it does complete the set, making the price even more reasonable and a great gift.

While delivery did not arrive virtually overnight as it usually does from Amazon, the vinegar, itself rocks!What else is non-toxic, kills germs without their developing resistance and morphing into super bugs, works for everything from mopping floors, to unclogging drains used in tandem with baking soda, to cutting grease on stoves, counter tops, etc. It cleans glass without spotting. The smell dissipates quickly and does not provoke asthma attacks like other cleaners.
The large contianer cuts down on pollution and can be recycled in my town. Knowing I have vinegar for cleaning everything and how low the cost compared to other name brands is priceless.

Lalvin Wine Yeast 71B 1122 Yeast 10 Packs (Strange Brew Home-Brew)
Made 6Gal of strawberry mead and it came out extremely good. In the past I used champagne yeast and there seems to be a difference with regard to finished flavor.

I've been making honey mead for several years, and this is my second favorite brand. It does a great job fermenting, without going crazy and foaming out of the container. I like the results from Red Star Champagne yeast a little better, but I also buy this Lalvin yeast when it's cheaper on Amazon.I use a 1-gallon wine bottle and and an air lock, and in about a month I've got the starts to some great mead. Bread yeast doesn't work as well, and some other brands of wine or champagne yeast don't tolerate the alcohol content as well.
I store the extra packets in the freezer and they're fresh and ready when I start a new batch.

I bought this yeast because of the rave reviews I read elsewhere... however it has been spotty for me. One batch did great with this stuff, another would not take off and then ended up with stuck fermentation. My results tell me to not use this if you have an acidic must OR if your fermentation area is cool (65 degrees F or less, even though it's rated for that)otherwise it's fine.Want Lalvin Wine Yeast 71B 1122 Yeast 10 Packs (Strange Brew Home-Brew) Discount?

That is what we ordered BUT received Homepride Classic Red Wine Cook-in-Sauce 500g can. It has a recipe for chicken in red wine sauce which looks easy and I'm sure be quite tasty--plan on trying it--so all in not lost. I also plan to try it on beef.

Very good product. I am not a sherry wine vinegar expert so I can't really give it five stars [cannot compare] However, for what we are using the product, e.g. dressings and soups, it is very mellow and we like the results.
