I bought the Orange Blossom and it was very smooth, light and just the right flavor. I don't see wildflower which is usually available. Maybe I'll try the Tupelo, the Black Sage sounds good too. I know it's pricey, and not something one would buy for a large family as you don't get too much. But the flavor of this brand, I think is very nice.

I heard and read about the salt, and figured I'd try it for myself. I was very skeptical, so when it came I wasn't expecting it to be very good. I certainly hoped that it would be, but figured it was just a bunch of bandwagon jumpers that you driven the salt into such notoriety. I was completely wrong, The salt has an amazingly same but different flavor that takes salt too a whole new level. It is very difficult to articulate the difference between this and other salts, all I can really say is the flavor is much rounder and much more rich. I strongly suggest you try it, I think you'll really enjoy.
I sent this as a birthday gift to a dear, dear friend. He loves both cheese and fruit; however, when I asked him about the cheese, he said, "what cheese"? I am very pleased with this product. Delivery was quick and there were more items in the box than expected. Came with juice, 30 corks.30 labels 30 gold foil caps, additives and instructions. Some of the bottles I used were large and some were small, but we ended up with 29.5 bottles. I let the wine sit a little longer than the instructions advised so it took 32 days from opening the box to popping the cork on a chilled bottle. The wine came out a little dry but still very tasty. We are planning to buy the same kit and make another batch but add a little sweetener at the end. Out of 29.5 bottles a week ago we are down to ten. Time to start another batch. This was my first try at making wine and I am very pleased.
I'd seen ice wine tea from another online seller -one who wanted half again as much for the tea and twice as much for the shipping. A little Googling found CulinaryTeas both on Amazon and on their own website, and I'm glad I did the comparison shopping since I ordered several CulinaryTeas teas and like them all. (Personally, next time I'll order straight from their own website rather than through Amazon, because I wanted to add something else to my order and the owner said that she could do that for orders through their own site but not through Amazon's system due to Amazon's separately calculated shipping fees and such. I did figure out how to combine orders through Amazon, but talking to the owner also provided recommendations about other teas to try in the future.)

I just bottled this wine two days ago. The result was a very sweet dessert wine with a great peach taste. It's the kind of wine you make for people who say they don't like wine. Like all the other Paklab products (Reserve Du Chateau and Vino Italiano kits) these Cornucopia kits are super easy to make as long as you don't let your yeast get too cold during primary fermentation, the rest is easy.
