Mushroom Pate with Marsala Wine (78g)

Another seller that does not list ingredients. What's worse, they are not listed even on Giovanni's own website. Here they are: lobster, pollock, palm oil, milk, pollock broth, flour, soybean oil, carrots, celery, dehydrated onions, salt, cognac, spices, parsley and other ingredients. As you can see, the product is not gluten-free and contains also milk and soy, in case you need to know.

Once I got over the feeling that I was opening and serving myself a jar of cat food, I was quite pleased by the taste and texture of this pate. It has a surprisingly subtle mix of flavors and strikes the right balance between the earthiness of the mushrooms, a smoky marsala wine, and the rich butteriness of a pate. I really enjoy the pate with Carr's Poppy And Sesame Crackers.

If you're going to serve this to guests, I'd recommend carefully spreading this on crackers or stirring it up in a serving dish ahead of time to avoid any can-shaped chunks from turning people off.

Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar

I bought this vinegar really not knowing anything about white balsamic vinegar. I like to drink beer with tomato juice in it. I added the white vinegar and some lemon and it was soooo darn good. Try it, you will see. I put it in everything I could think of. Pasta sauces, salads, it is great.

I purchased the Alessi white balsamic vinegar after eating a salad at a restaurant that was simply romaine, Gorgonzola, candied walnuts and white balsamic vinegar drizzled on top. The restaurant's white balsamic vinegar was sweet. The Alessi white balsamic vinegar was not sweet and tasted like apple cider vinegar. I shall need to try a different brand to find the flavor I am looking for.

Vincotto Vinegar, Fig Selection - Pack of 3

Unlike many vinegars, this one does not have the "sting" attached to the flavor. It has a deep full flavor with just enough sweetness. The only thing I want on my salads besides oil. Great drizzled on tomatoes. I haven't tried it on vanilla ice cream yet, but I like it so much I am going to. The only flavored vinegar you'll ever need to buy. Accept no substitutions. (I am not an employee of vincotto!) I seldom rave about any product, but this one is good.

I have used this product for many years and was delighted that it was carried by Amazon. It is superb for salad dressings but it is delicious enought to use on a salad without oil. The delivery was prompt and I would deal with this seller again.

Love this product, but it's a bit expensive. I try to stretch as much as possible. I buy in a local place. It's all I add to my salads.

FIORE BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA Traditional-Style Aged up to 18 Years

There are so many balsamic vinegars on the market these days that frankly I wonder about the claims of authenticity and aging. Most are pleasant enough, but this Fiore is truly AMAZING. It is noticeably thicker, denser, sweeter than the popular, readily-available balsamic vinegars. A real fireworks display on the tongue, and it is sufficient to use it sparingly--just a splash on grilled peaches, or a dash on warm asparagus with good olive oil and sea salt. I think this product is worth every penny! I am going to restock and also order one for a birthday gift for someone special. I haven't tried the flavored ones; I prefer things in their original simple glory.

I bought this brand without having tried it beforehand because I couldn't find any mulling spices in bags in the local grocery stores last month, and I was ready for some apple juice and mulling spices. It tastes very good, much the same as another brand a friend shared with me last year. I have tried other instant brands but didn't care for them. These are perfect for me, although the amount I had to buy here on amazon was really more than what I wanted.

I was looking for a substitute for my coffee since my Doctor told me I could no longer enjoy my morning cup. I am not a huge fan of Tea, but I do enjoy a glass of Apple Juice. I LOVE the fact that I can have a KICK of flavor and a nice warm beverage. This is the best substitute for my coffee I have ever found.

I rather liked the large packaging, this will give me many months of worry free morning routines. The boxes are tucked in the cupboard where my coffee and tea were stored and fit nicely. If you remember this wonderful flavor as a child around Christmas, you must try this product. It has all the right combinations of flavor to make it the perfect addition to anyones morning.

It is so savory and aromatic. Just the right amount of cloves, cinnamon, hints of citrus, etc. It absolutely makes a cup of hot cider something special in the winter. Very hard to find in the grocery store. We bought some last year but couldn't find it again this year. But good ol' trusty Amazon had it!

Just love this tea! Quick receipt, well packaged, good price for quantity received to be honest (do the math) and helps me kick the coffee cup habit of 2 cups/day. This delicious tea helps me narrow it down to 1 cup/day so had to do it. Delight! The tea actually contains all spices and no apple flavor but just delicious. Glad to have it, quite satisfied.
