This outpouring of emotion only scratches the surface of my love affair with Red Swedish Fish that has been ongoing for 35 years or so.

I love Swedish fish, and though it would be fun to get some in small individual-serving packages. However, while the best-before date on these is still 2 months out, they are definitely past their prime -they are rather hard, which is disappointing.

Aside from being a nostalgicly great treat, they have no high-fructose corn syrup and are small enough for little hands. We use these at our house for treats after helping clean up the playroom, and for rewards when working with our 1 and 3 year old in the swimming pool for swimming lessons. The subscribe and save price is the best I've found with 100 options to buy sweedish fish on amazon, this worked out the best for us. The red flavor is the same it has been for years, and my personal favorite. We tried the mixed flavors/colors, but they were just like other candy flavors, nothing special like the red ones :) They arrived soft and fresh, with a far distant expiration date. We are on our second box now, and appreciate the high quality.

Monin Sangria Blackberry Flavor Syrup 1 Liter

Used this to make blackberry sangria that taste exactly like Carrabba's served. Absolutely delicious. All my girlfriends love it. Great for tailgating. Nice because the recipe is on the bottle for a pitcher or just a glass.

I love Sangria and Carrabas Blackberry Sangria is one of my favorites, so when I found the syrup online I was thrilled! Santé Nuts Roasted Salted Pecans - 3 Pack

I took a chance on these, and, well, you win some and you lose some. Everyone has different tastes.... My favorite roasted-salted pecans are Trader Joe's, but they're not available online. If you hate those, then maybe you'll like Sante. For me, I found the Sante pecans over-roasted and tasteless. Oddly, I felt sick after eating some, but maybe that was because of something else? Anyway, taste-wise, they're the worst pecans I've ever had. If you do order them, watch out for that $15 shipping charge -which I had overlooked. Maybe that was what made me sick. ;-)
