Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Washed Grade 2 Coffee Beans

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Washed Grade 2 Coffee Beans, 3 Pounds Whole Beans)coffee was a gift for a gift exchange on the internet, but i have not heard any complaints, so i assume, like most coffees, it is tasty :)

The beans were good. I was expecting sub par beans since they were Grade 2 and I didn't know what Grade 2 was other than it obviously wasn't Grade 1 :) But they were excellent. Roast them to City roast and they're very good.

Vino By The Slice Bread Mix

Vino By The Slice Bread MixThis mix is a must-try! It takes 3 minutes to prep, 30 minutes to bake, and some butter to enjoy. I highly recommend this treat to anyone who loves wine and only has 33 minutes to make baked goods!

Cabernet Pear Tart

Cabernet Pear TartThis tart was one of the best desserts tasted. It has a smooth almondy taste that is delicious with the jelled pears and firm, not too sweet, base. I'd say a European taste extravaganza, utterly, tantalizingly delicious!!

I just tried this tart at Costco and needed to come home right away to clear out the freezer so I can buy a couple tomorrow. It is light and so delicious, very flavorful. The color of the cabernet glaze is lovely and complements the custard and pears. I also fell in love with the mango tart which is even lighter. I'm sold.

Brix Bar, Extra Dark Chocolate, 8-Ounce Packages (Pack of 2)

Brix Bar, Extra Dark Chocolate, 8-Ounce PackagesWe received this as a Christmas gift and we enjoyed this chocolate immensely. We then decided to search for it and found Amazon sold it. We found this chocolate to be very smooth and rich. We are also fans of Vosge and Ritter Sport chocolate so if you also like those two brands you'll most likely find the Brix chocolate to your liking. It really does come in a brick and we use a rubber mallet and screw driver to break into it. I realize there are many ways to do this but we find this way works well for us.
