I bought the Orange Blossom and it was very smooth, light and just the right flavor. I don't see wildflower which is usually available. Maybe I'll try the Tupelo, the Black Sage sounds good too. I know it's pricey, and not something one would buy for a large family as you don't get too much. But the flavor of this brand, I think is very nice.

The Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is another great wine kit in the Selection series from Winexpert. A dry red wine, with medium body and medium oak intensity. the taste of red and black berries predominates throughout. This wine pairs well with spicy pasta dishes as well as with steaks.
We quite enjoyed this foie gras, shared with friends and family at a dinner party with a French theme. If the price was more reasonable, we would certainly enjoy it much more often.
This was the first All-Juice kit that I purchased from this company. The packaged arrived quickly, although the lid for the primary bucket had a lot of dirt on it, The instructions were quite clear and the Customer service line actually worked. From start to bottling this kit took 7 weeks. It is a 6 gallon kit with having to add water after the 3rd stage of adding the finning and stabalizing agents. I personally elected to not add any water and go with 5 gallons instead for a fuller quality. Had I had a filtration system of some sort, I might have been able to get an additional 1/2 gallon with little or no sediment. At bottling, the product smelled like apples, with a little smokey smell to it. I added enough sugar to bring it to a semi dry taste and it is now aging in bottles. I was able to get 21 750ml bottles and 1 375ml bottle and one full glass at bottling. So far I am very impressed. This should keep for about two years since I added a pinch of Metabisulphite powder to the mix at the end. I will add another review around 6 months to check its progress. I would recommend this product to anyone.
I used to get this product at my local Farmer's Market, but they stopped carrying it. So I found it at Amazon and ordered several boxes. They arrived very quickly and were amazingly fresh. I highly recommend them for serving with things like tuna salad or chicken salad. They're pretty low-carb and they taste great.
