Moreover, like all the wines in the Selection International series, it's easy to make. The five-step process (which takes six to eight weeks from the initial mixing to bottling) is straightforward and takes about four hours' time altogether. (This includes the sanitizing of the equipment and cleanup.) Plus, Selection International wine kits include easy to affix (and remove) labels. If you follow the easy-to-understand directions, you'll almost certainly be successful in producing a wine that you'll be proud to serve or give as a gift.

Buy Saag's Beef Salami Thueringer 3lb Now
Saag gets and "A" for effort in their commitment to meat products that are MSG free and low on artifical additives and fillers.I was very surprised and disappointed that this commitment did not translate to Great Taste for me.
This item was not advertized as a Kosher Salami, so I did not expect it to be Kosher.
I have tried other Salami manufacturers who were Kosher and those products may or may not have been MSG or filler free but they tasted much better to me.
This Salami tasted like a very Salty Beef Jerky which was not the taste I was looking for.

I hope you guys are joking with these 5 star reviews. I bought this based on the reviews and it was the stalest, most bitter whole bean coffee I've ever used. One of the canisters was open on arrival but there was literally no difference between the aromas of the sealed cans and the open can. What does that say about the freshness of the sealed cans? You can seal it tight as a drum but if the coffee sat around and got stale before it was canned then all the vacuum in the world won't help it. Then I couldn't get that stale aroma/flavor out of my grinder without thoroughly cleaning it. I don't know what you guys are used to drinking but this isn't worth 1/4 of the price regardless of how much it costs. If you think this is 5 stars then check out RONA, which Amazon carries. Their Jamaican Blue Mountain Peaberry is without peer. Compare their Kenya AA Superior Peaberry to this swill and you will know what premium coffee is supposed to taste like. This is a perfect example of gettting what you pay for.Want Reggie's Roast Kenya AA Whole Bean Coffee, 12-Ounce Cans (Pack of 3) Discount?

Buy Blue Star Farms Organic Stoned Ground Rye and Flax Crackers, 5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) Now
I got a huge box of organic stone ground wheat crackers/stone ground rye & flax crackers combo deal from Costco, but apparently they don't carry the brand anymore, which is too bad. These crackers taste great, and the best thing about them is that they don't seem to get soggy once the bag has been opened. They also pack smaller individual bags in one box, so you don't have to try to finish one big bag all at once. They seem to stay fresh and crunchy for quite some time after the bag has been opened, and the taste doesn't seem to change much, either.I just got these crackers in a sample pack from blissmobox and WOW they are really really good. I don't like rye flavor so I thought I wouldn't like these but my husband said I had to try them and he was right, I don't taste the rye hardly at all and they are really tasty. I plan on buying them off Amazon now.I love rye. Several years ago I always purchased rye crackers in a grocery store and they were discontinued. I thought these might be similar and they are not. They do not even taste like rye. Also they are very very hard. Do not waste your money. I am giving them away or throwing the other boxes out.Wine Tasting-Sharon O'connor's Musiccooks

Frankly I wasn't expecting much for the price so I'm a bit surprised. I think of this variety as a strictly 'summer' wine. It will be a winner at any backyard bbq birthday or anniversary that happens to occur. I bottled 24 in wine bottles & put the balance in recycled beer bottles. Beer bottles are more convenient for camping trips. The best people in America are to be found in campgrounds during summer and this wine should make a nice ice breaker while meeting new friends.
April 14 six weeks from start tried my first beer bottle of this wine. Dominant smells and taste are citrus and banana. As a rule banana is not approved in my list of smells/flavors. Can't tolerate an artificial pretense. But this banana is real and not over expressed. Just enough of the real deal to be noticable. As I implied in the first instance this wine screams for a summer evening outdoor party. Pool party BBQ whatever. For the love of God get on with it. You still have time. Buy it. Do it. I'm astonished at the quality vs stuff I ever bought before.

Love the product.... we have bought from this company before and we really enjoy it...... Can't wait to try the other wine kits...The kit is good. My wife and I drink a lot of Pinot Grigio at meals, etc and this one came out pretty well. I say pretty well because I think I discovered something with a subsequent kit....the chitosan and kielesol used to clarify the wine leave a chemical taste. I used it in the first batch of this wine and we can taste it, but the wine itself is very good.I say first batch because I am buying another kit and using something else for finings...possibly will experiment with gelatin or something. The reason? Right after doing this kit I did another kit and decided to try leaving out the chitosan and kielesol and the wine came out really REALLY good....2 1/2 cases evaporated once my friends tried it. So I think I will either leave it out in the future or try gelatin, bentonite, or something else.
Back to this kit....
I ran the initial fermentation for 3 weeks, then secondary for 2 weeks. I then fined it and let it sit for about 3 more weeks. I then ran it through my Vin Brite filter into bottles, and went out of town. My wife called me to say, "Not bad!", and liked it enough to drink it relatively soon after bottling.
So it passes muster for the grapes and kit in general, but I think I want to either use something else for fining or try letting it settle for a month and then filtering it into the bottles. This after, of course, initial and secondary fermentation with transfer to a carboy once or twice to help clarify it some.

Made this wine and aged it 3 months. Thought I would give it a try and it was delicious. Between myself, friends and family, I am down to my last bottle and it hasn't even been 6 months.6/30/2013
I made the 6 gallon Cabernet kit and that turned out great too. Now I just started another pinot grigio. I'm going to try to age this one a little more.... if I can keep my family and friends away from it.
