I strongly recommend purchasing the Wyeast Pacman yeast to ensure the closest match to the production beer. I made this with a White Labs equivalent ale/lager yeast and it is tasty but it was difficult to remove all of the lager yeast. You will probably need to filter this beer for maximum clarity and sediment removal. Salud!

My wife and I were in London and went to see the famous murder mystery "The Mousetrap." We purchased some Maynard's wine gums at the show and were hooked. These, however, are not as juicy or tasty as the ones we purchased in London. It seems these might have been sitting in a warehouse for a while. Not only are they expensive, they are hard and fairly tasteless.
Disappointed with these chocolates. Disliked the taste. I would not order again. I live close to Napa and wished I had ordered Woodhouse chocolates from St. Helena.

I have been trying to find a decent red wine vinegar for a long time. I had been using Nakano Italian Herb wine vinegar but since it contained HFCS, I wanted to find a better vinegar. Cooks Illustrated had rated red wine vinegars in a recent airing and this was one of the top two that came out for best tasting. Was not too acidic and had the taste like it was made from a decent red wine.
