White Zinfandel (Vintner's Reserve)
If I could give this product a 10-star rating I certainly would. It was one of the first kits I made and I was completely impressed with the ease of the process and the resulting product. If you are looking for the typical "Blush" or rose colored White Zinfandel, this is not the one for you. It is a deeper red, closer to a regular Zinfandel. But if you want a wine that is exquisite, with a wonderful flavor, then do not hesitate. I have made two of these kits and will soon do a third as I am down to only 6 bottles. The first one was consumed very quickly as it was the only wine on the shelf, and it was very good. But the second kit has had a bit more time to mature and it is EXCELLENT.The product description says to serve "well chilled" but I have found that the flavors come through much better if it is not too cold. We had it with Thanksgiving dinner last year and it was a wonderful complement to everything.
Do not hesitate to "attack" this kit with great enthusiasm. I think you will not be disappointed.
