Buy Clay Company Set of 4 Gourmet Salts Now
I like trying gourmet salts and this seemed a very reasonable price for 2 oz each of 4 salts, although one of them was regular "Pacific" sea salt so you only get to try 3 new ones. Save the Hawaiian coral salt for dishes where the color will show up, the flavor isn't noticeably different from regular salt. I love the subtle flavor nuances of grey salt, and this "Brittany Gray" is a nice one. Suitable for light-flavored dishes like eggs and many vegetables, but would be wasted in strong-flavored dishes. I have fallen in love with smoked salts, and the lovely aroma of this "Alder Smoked" salt permeated the other salts and my whole kitchen. The salts are packaged in little plastic bags that are somewhat resealable, but the seal loses its stickiness quickly so you will probably want to put the leftover salt in a different container. This would be a nice, inexpensive hostess or party gift to someone who enjoys cooking. If the 4th salt had been another flavored salt rather than plain sea salt, I would happily have awarded this 5 stars.Read Best Reviews of Clay Company Set of 4 Gourmet Salts Here
Purchased these for my Foody brother-in-law. He has been experimenting with them and thinks they are great. The salts do have distinct flavors. We also purchased the Clay Company 4 peppers, also excellent. If we did it again we'd probably look for grinders as it is inconvenient to switch out the peppers or salts when you want to use a particular one or want to mix a few of the peppers or a few of the salts.I sent this as a gift to my friend that likes to cook. He loved it. It arrived on time, and is very reasonably priced. Clay Company is a small family owned company (I have learned) and I like to support the few small businesses we have left in the USA.Dijon Mustard Fallot authentic imported jar traditional mustard 7 oz jar

Fallot is one of the top tier because of several factors:
It is an independent mill in Burgundy.
They source their particular strains of Brassica seeds carefully.
They use verjuice instead of other liquids.
The three pack is a better deal. But, unless you use a lot of this mustard and fairly regularly, big is false economy. Do not get a 13.5 oz jar if it takes you six months to use. It will go first flat and then in another six months completely dead. So stick with 7 0z. unless you really need it.
Dijon is time, heat and light sensitive. If you buy the three pack, keep all in the refirgerator.
Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar (8 ounce)

Serving suggestion is simplicity itself. Cut a thick slice off the 8 oz. block, nibble slowly, savor, enjoy. Try to resist another chunk. Things this wonderful need to be partaken of in small quantities. (There's always tomorrow!)
Only très cher cheddars that are aged for years can equal the marvelous flavor of CABOT's. None are better, though.
Highest possible recommendation!I love this cheese. I eat a lot of cheese and so far in my life this is my favorite cheddar. It is sharp, with a flavor much more complex than any other I can remember having. I used to be able to get it at the WalMart, but they don't seem to be carrying it anymore. I am used to buying a large loaf, 2 lbs. This offering is too small for my taste, but I may order it anyway when it is available, just in multiples.

The Selection International Series comes with easy-to-follow instructions. The five steps involved (which are done over a 6-8 week period) won't take more than three or four hours of your time altogether, and that includes sanitizing of the equipment and cleanup. Moreover, this series comes with easy-to-affix (and remove) labels, which is a plus in helping to keep track of your wine.
