Blue Castello Cheese (8oz or 1lb)

Blue Castello CheeseCastello's blue cheese is the best i've ever tried, and i've tried lots of different blue cheeses. I like to make my own blue cheese dressing with this. I also use it on crackers and fused in with my homemade biscuits. Everyone that has tried food that I make with this cheese has asked me what brand of cheese i was using because it is so good. I get it from my grocery store, so i don't have anything to say about the online dealer. But at my grocery store this cheese is always very fresh. It holds up very good in my fridge for sometimes weeks at a time. I would recommend this blue cheese to everyone who likes or doesn't like blue cheese because it is so good.

Fallot Dijon Mustard, authentic imported in metal pail 16 oz presentation

Fallot Dijon Mustard, authentic imported in metal pail 16 oz presentationI have sampled many Dijon mustards, and I must say that this is, in my opinion, the very best tasting Dijon mustard available. While all mustards have a characteristic "heat" to them, many mustards rely solely on that heat to get them by. This mustard has a robust flavor, reflecting a combination of flavorful mustard seeds with a flavorful wine base. In essence, mustard, any mustard, is a combination of ground mustard seed and vinegar. Other spices may be added, and different vinegars may be used, but this mustard from Fallot has what I consider to be the optimal combination of the two main ingredients with no other non-mustard flavors to detract from the primary flavor profile, namely Dijon mustard. This mustard leans more towards the mild side of the heat spectrum, so those seeking a mustard burn on the palate will be disappointed. I have also sampled some of the other fallot mustards with the various additives (i.e. basil, raspberry, honey, etc.) and they are all nice, too, if a bit limited in their usefulness (raspberry Dijon only works with so many dishes). However, this mustard, the plain, original Fallot Dijon, can blend seamlessly into the background of so many dishes. For those of you who seek a proof of these claims, just put this mustard to the simplest and most telling moutarde test there is: vinaigrette. mix a spoonful of this Fallot Dijon with a few teaspoons of wine vinegar, some salt, pepper, and herbs (fresh thyme is always reliable), and about a 1/2 cup of olive oil and you will understand the sublime versatility of this excellent Dijon mustard!

I have ordered this mustard several times. It is pricey but worth it. It always arrives promptly and wrapped securely. This is a great mustard for sauces and salad dressings. I will order it again from this vendor. Their service is very, very good.

Haribo Weinland Gummi Candy / 200g / 7.1oz.

Haribo Weinland Gummi Candy / 200g / 7.1oz.The Weinland (Wineland) gummies have everything a person could want in a good gummi: chewy, soft, flavorful and sweet enough without it tasting like you're sucking on a sugar cube or a spoon full of corn syrup. Some of these have a flavor of light citrus (orange, lemon or lime, but none overpoweringly so), some are obviously green apple, others taste more like various types of wine grapes. Of all of the gummies I've tasted so far, these are definitely my favorite! If they had a few less in the citrus and apple flavors and more in the wine-like flavors I would be happier, but I'm not going to complain, because they are all good!

How can you go wrong mixing fruity, chewy Haribo goodness with wine flavors? By eating five bags by yourself, that's how. Share with your friends.

I bought these thinking they were the same as Haribo's "Wine Gums" but they're not! These are much softer and have a slightly more generic flavor. They're still good, but not anywhere near as good as the Wine Gums!

Very soft and chewy with a fairly good fruit flavor. Not bad, but not great.

I am a huge candy fanatic and Haribo is my personal favorite gummi maker. Again they did not disappoint! these candies are the perfect texture (not too soft) and each flavor is distinctive. These along with Rowntree Fruit gums are my favorites! Highly recommended!

Trader Joe's Tuscan Italian Dressing With Balsamic Vinegar

Trader Joe's Tuscan Italian Dressing With Balsamic VinegarThis was one bottle for the price of 6. When we tried to return it we were informed that was not possible.

I got this because I've always shopped at trader Joe's when ever I was in CA and the store brand foods and products have just been great if not better than the non store brand items.

I just really good it's not like homemade though because homemade is thinner and separates a lot more.

But really the taste is just like homemade dressing to me.

The dressing has the taste of balsamic vinegar, italian herbs such as basil, parsley and more but those r just the herbs I taste the most so all in all it tastes like a balsamic vinaigrette which I do like them but be warned this is not a really sweet dressing which all to most vinaigrette's r not sweet.

Hope this helps o and make sure ur seller knows that glass bottles do not do well in envelops the seller I got my dressing from sent it in one and the top cracked but did not braek so yay I got my dressing just it all most did not make it. ^_^

Reserve Du Chateau 6 Week Wine Kit, Italian Barbaresco, 55-Pound Container

Reserve Du Chateau 6 Week Wine Kit, Italian Barbaresco, 55-Pound ContainerI have been having very good luck with this company's Amarone della Valpolicella kits, following Paul Keller's instructions for making better wine from kits (easily found using google). My first such kit is a year since start of vinification, 6 months in the bottle, and has had compliments from friends who are wine connoisseurs saying it shows excellent promise for a year-old wine.

This is my second Barbaresco kit; the first is not yet ready to bottle (~80 days since fermentation began), but already tastes very nice for such a young wine. This kit may end up producing better wine than the Amarone. My only qualm is that the labels they ship with the kit say "Barbera". Barbaresco is made from Nebbiolo grapes, not Barbera, so I'm not sure whether this is really Barbaresco or Barbera. Either way it shows promise.

This is a good wine kit. The wine is very dry. Tastes somewhere between a Cabernet and a Merlot. The kit has juice, corks, labels, chemicals and capsuls. I bottled a case dry and sweetened the rest. It would have been nice if there was some potassium sorbate included with the chemicals so you could use it if sweetening the wine. Wow what a major difference when sweet. You get more of the fruity taste out of the wine. I am well pleased and looking forward to trying other varieties from this vendor. It would be nice to know the dryness of the wine in the description. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

started kit yesterday , got it in good shape rating is just cause not yet done, one thing to consider any wine maker knows a start gravity of 1.080is very low that means low alchol or watery wine which isnt bad or good its preference must kits start at 1.090 or higher like winexpert a wine starting at 1.080 could at best attain 11.8 abv+++

I just racked this to secondary. I did taste it and it is good and it is dry. Sometimes I like a dry wine so I will probably take a gallon and do a little sweetening with some simple syrup (maybe add a tbsp of orange extract)like a previous poster did.

I am pleased so far with this wine kit. However I received the wrong labels. Is there anyway I can receive the Barbaresco Labels that I did not receive? (I got Bardolino)
