Angus Beef Original Summer Sausage
This is the best summer sausage I've ever had, not hard and chewy, soft and delicious. It disappeared in my home between my husband and myself and our kids. Only complaint was there wasn't enough! Well worth the price!
Clement Faugier Candied Chestnuts Marrons Glaces 19 oz
We had candied chestnuts that came in a box in France many years ago and have since looked for them in the states. This year I searched the internet and wa-la there were some products to try. There were some products more expensive and because the product would be shipped we did not want to be spending a lot for something not that good. These came in a can with syrup which was different than the ones we had had in France but they are excellent.

FungusAmongUs Your Kitchen, Truffle Salt, 1-Pound
I can't say enough about this salt! It is delightfully scented and delicious. The salt has alot of truffle pieces in it and the taste is pure truffle.I also want to commend FungusAmongus for their excelletn customer service. While I ordered this through amazon, I contacted them directly about the ingredients. I wanted to make sure that the word "flavoring" did not indicate MSG, since we deliberately avoid foods with MSG. I spoke with a very helpful representative who promised to find out. She called back to say she had tried but that due to time zone, she could not get an answer from Italy yet. She called again the next day to let me know that the flavoring is NOT MSG it is truffle.
This salt goes well on steaks, potatoes, eggs, vegetables. On a nice rare steak, it is out of this world.
So we are enjoying this and sharing it with friends who did not yet know about truffle salt, and I think we have some new converts :)

This product looked promising because of the reasonable price and favorable reviews on the smaller container. Although I did notice some reviews saying the salt has no flavor, I purchased this product hoping that those reviews were wrong, the displeased customers had received a bad batch, or that the product had improved since then. Well, I received my 1 lb. container of FungusAmongUs truffle salt a few days ago and, at first, I was disappointed to find that the reviews saying that the salt has no flavor were absolutely correct!! When I LIGHTLY sprinkled the salt on something with a bland flavor like plain eggs or pasta, all I tasted was SALT. However, with time, I found that you need to use much more salt than you would normally use to season something to taste the truffle flavor. This is somewhat ok, since the flavor of sea salt which is in this product is much more delicate than table salt. However, there is still the risk that the item you're salting can sometimes become too salty during the process of adding enough salt to taste the truffle flavor..

About 20 years ago, I was hooked on a red wine salad dressing from the York Steak House chain. We visited there annually on our family vacation and I longed for this salad dressing.After many years, the chain closed and some research revealed that the dressings they used were all made by Marzetti. We started buying it at the grocery store. Then the grocery store quit carrying it.
So we called the company and bought cases of it.
Then Marzetti discontinued manufacturing.
Then they started selling it on another brand called "Teresa's". So we ordered cases of it.
Then Teresa's quit selling it.
Now it's been quite a few years since we've been able to find this dressing.
On a whim, I decided to look for it again. Turns out that Marzetti company owns and makes this brand of dressing, which sells a lot cheaper than Marzetti.
So, if you've ever loved the red wine dressing from Marzetti's, York Steak House, or Teresa's brand, this is your huckleberry. And for a pretty reasonable price, too.

Tres Citrus Balsamic Vinegar 11.8 Oz
This is an exceptional balsamic vinegar. I use it as a salad dressing without adding any other ingredients. My family and friends love it. Reduced, it is a great sauce for seared scallops. Pricey, but worth every penny!
