Saag's Beef Salami Thueringer 3lb

This salami is my favorite, but I can't find it in local stores except in small 6-oz pre-sliced packages. Excellent, mild flavor and perfect texture. I bought an electric meat slicer just for this salami. I'm really looking forward to it being available on Amazon.

This all beef salami is the very best that I've ever eaten. It took me over 5 years in order to find this outstanding product. It's almost impossible to find salami that doesn't have pork in it.

Saag gets and "A" for effort in their commitment to meat products that are MSG free and low on artifical additives and fillers.

I was very surprised and disappointed that this commitment did not translate to Great Taste for me.

This item was not advertized as a Kosher Salami, so I did not expect it to be Kosher.

I have tried other Salami manufacturers who were Kosher and those products may or may not have been MSG or filler free but they tasted much better to me.

This Salami tasted like a very Salty Beef Jerky which was not the taste I was looking for.

Art of Appreciation Gift Baskets Tee Off Golfers Tote

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. My 3 year old son and I were looking at Amazon golf gift baskets, and we decided on this one. Upon arrival the bag all this came in was crushed. The bucket of golf balls is actually two big paperboard cut-outs that are stuck to the front and back of a regular gift bag with tape. I thought it was a bag designed to look like a pail of golf balls...no.

As for the items that came in this...not worth the $30. Some pasteurized cheddar cheese 'flavor', some Cajun mix, which I thought hubby would enjoy, but it was crushed, so it was more like Cajun crumbs. Some crackers, biscotti, sub-par coffee, and dry cookies. Overall, I say PASS. We were able to laugh about it and say 'It's the thought that counts!'...but really, this was just bad.

Ok on a day that it is raining and you cannot golf or don't want to open up this adorable little tote bag that has golf balls all over the outside and look at the great snacks and treats inside. Inside you will find crackers, candy, biscotti and lots of other delicious and surprsing treasures. If you know a friend or fellow golfer this makes a great gift for almost any occasion, as just because, birthday and with Fathers Day not that far away so stock up now and watch your friends love the item and remember who gave it to them and when all finished with the goodies they have the adorable shopping bag to remind them of your generosity. A definite winner in my opinion

So the salt is fine, but the poorly designed "cylinder" is not very sturdy and today, while pouring some salt into a soup I was making.. the lid came apart from the canister and poured the whole container into my soup... obviously ruining it. Buy something else and save yourself the hassle. It also CAME complete clumped up...

I have used this salt for years. Wonderful product. I have both coarse and fine.

Coarse I use in a grinder while cooking. Fine, I use at the table, or to finish a dish if needed.

Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar 11.8 Oz

This is one of the best balsamic vinegars I have tasted. It is excellent for dipping with garlic and salad dressing! I buy so many for gifts and par with A wonderful garlic mincer as a hostess gift.

I tried this just because I enjoy balsamic vinegar so much I wanted to see what was out there. I stumbled onto the product and bought some based on the handful of 5 star reviews.

This comes with a cork rather than a traditional screw cap. Nowhere on the bottle is this indicated, so I grab the cap and begin unscrewing it. The cork broke and began crumbling. I needed a winescrew to get it out; I'm pretty sure no cork crumbs fell into the bottle but I can't be sure.

The vinegar itself is not what I would call vinegar; it's a light glaze. Very syruppy. More sweet than tangy. Very dark in color; a deep purple to black. My personal taste is a little disappointed. I like a "splashier" balsamic with a strong tang, this is much too sweet to my liking. If this is what you like, you may be pleased. The taste is indeed fruity and rich and it seems like a high quality product.
