Chardonnay/Semillon (Selection Original)

Chardonnay/SemillonOne thing I have always been able to count on in my six years of making wine from kits, and that is that when Winexpert does a wine kit, they do it right. This is certainly true of its Selection Series "Chardonnay/Semillon" kit. A great blend of two wine grapes, the traditional Chardonnay, and the more trendy Semillon, the end result is a dry white wine with medium body and moderate oak intensity, one that pairs well with roasted chicken and turkey.

The wine kit comes with clear directions and is easy to make. The total process, which takes six to eight weeks from the initial mixing to bottling, will take about four hours of your time altogether. The end result will be approximately 30 750ML bottles of truly outstanding wine at a very reasonable cost. As with all good wine, this Chardonnay/Semillon will improve with age. Wait about three months after bottling to open the first bottle. By then it should be ready to drink. However, this wine will continue to develop for a year or more. So, hold some back for later on.

Big Tree Farms Coconut Palm Sugar with Ginger Root, 8.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 3)

Big Tree Farms Coconut Palm Sugar with Ginger Root, 8.5-Ounce BoxesI recently realized that drinking sugar in my chai tea is not doing any good for me. A friend of mine recommended using Big Tree Farms ginger palm sugar, I made a switch and felt amazing, no sugar side effects any more. The flavor is yummy. I love this company and truly supports their vision. Great products with health benefits.

Have you tried their Coconut palm sugar +Stevia? its another wonderful addition to my kitchen. Love and Respect for Big Tree Farms.

~A Buyer

I bought this as an indulgence for my herbal tea at night. The flavor is amazingly sweet with the heat of ginger and brings out the best in my cup. I'm finding myself using it more than once a day some days... and that's not a bad thing at all!

Manchego Cheese (8oz or 1lb)

Manchego CheeseAn AWESOME, rich flavor alternative to cow's milk cheeses which I'm allergic to. Speedy shipping, BUT......by the time the cheese arrived it was WARM because the shipper did not ship w/ dry ice nor in a styrofoam box (just a Priority Mail envelope)! The little cool pack in the envelope was equally warm when it arrived. Cheese was not spoiled, BUT....I am a bit nervous about shelf life. I would definitely like my next shipment in a styrofoam box w/ an ice pack.

La Maison d'Armorine French Salted Butter Caramels in Gift Box, 7.14 Oz Large Box

La Maison d'Armorine French Salted Butter Caramels in Gift Box, 7.14 Oz Large BoxI went through a phase where I craved caramels, and bought one of what seemed like every salted caramel on Amazon. This one is by far the best. Highly recommended!

These were so good. Really, they were as good as I wanted them to be, and that's the most I can expect from any food product. Not overly sweet or overly salty, just right.

I was excited about getting these french caramels, but when it arrived the box was torn and the caramels were old and sticking to the cellophane wrapper. Didn't taste good at all...immediately tossed them in the trash. Will never buy again.

These caramels had no discernable salt flavor and a plastic taste when first chewed. This was very disappointing, especially for the price.

I had heard all the hype about salted caramels, so I thought I would try them. They were good, but not much different than any other caramel I've had before.
