Marsala Cooking Wine(128 FL oz)

I cook a lot with Marsala wine and found it frustrating attempting to find this item locally. I started checking on line, and found none at a reasonable price that I could afford due to the excessive shipping charges tacked on.

This product was so reasonably priced through this company! I ordered one, tried it in my Marsala recipes, family and friends loved it, so I came back and ordered the last one for fear the company would not list it at this price again!

I bought this wine because I was getting ready for a wedding reception and I needed to have a lot of it in order to make the recipe I was using. This wine is flavorful, and tastes just like the wine you buy at the store. Everyone loved the chicken marsala, and I got asked more than once for the recipe!

Bordeux Cherry Balsamic

This is by far the best balsamic I've ever had. It's got a thickness to it that makes it rich with deep cherry wine notes. I put it on all kinds of salads. Fantastic on fruit too.

Reserve Du Chateau 4 Week Wine Kit, Italian Nero D'Avola Cabernet Sauvignon, 17.5-Pound Box

Have been making wine for forty years, both from grapes and from kits. If you want a decent table wine for daily consumption, this kit does a good job. Not very good right after bottling, but after it ages a little (few months) it is respectable. As the price is very good compared to others, I will make this frequently. Not as full bodied as cab made from the grape, and a little green when consumed too early after making, but decent.

All I did was add a box of zante currants during fermentation. I ended up with 27 bottles of really good wine at $2.35 per bottle. I am impressed.

This wine Kit is very good. It has a large amount of juice to start with so that you have a very tasteful wine. Recommend it to anyone that loves Cab Sauv.

This is the third wine we have made from kits and this was the worst by far. If you like a very light, watery, low-body wine then this is the kit for you.

Ricotta Salata Cheese (8oz or 1lb)

Ricotta cheese is awesome when placed in lasagna. True storya few months ago my dad made a huge tray of lasagna for his girlfriend and myself, and he literally dumped the entire container of ricotta in the tray. I thought it was too much but didn't say anything. I didn't dare question my dad's experience in cooking for years and years (over 30 to be exact) at several different restaurants. Anyway the cheese gave off a VERY strong taste, and in fact, it was the *only* thing we tasted in the lasagna, lol. The sauce, other cheese varieties and everything else practically disappeared. Still, I love the taste of ricotta cheese enough that I really would have trouble complaining about an abundance of it. I find it's quite delicious. Just be warneduse it accordingly and not the entire container (or in this case, bag) in one go, haha.

Rougie Duck Foie Gras with Port Wine, 3% Truffles - 5.1 oz

Although I was looking for goose foie gras, this was all that was available and I could NOT have been more impressed with the product. It was creamy and smooth and elegant tasting; a really special prize. The only issue I had was that it was very difficult to open; the shape of the can makes it impossible to use a regular opener and I ended up having to use a very sharp knife. but I would definitely order again and have for guests or a special occasion.

I love this product. Super tasty and authentic, even if canned. Unlike the people putting 1 star without trying it, I have eaten this and love it. Keep your political opinions off a site where reviews were meant for those who have tried it! Even if you stop eating it, it will still be produced. More for me :)

The flavors of this Foie Gras are delightfully pleasing, considering it is duck and not goose. This product makes the grade in texture, consistency and flavor. I just ordered a case of this for our next formal event. This product goes well with your dry champaign.

By the way, to the person who didn't rate this product well, they probably never enjoyed a well made Foie Gras in their lifetime! I highly recommend this product.
