Suzanne's Kitchen Gift Set, Pepper Jelly, 4 Ounce

Good jelly consistency but not crazy about the flavor. All 3 had an undefinable strange aftertaste. Also with the mildest you can barely taste the peppers and the hottest jelly is pretty tame. I do believe that creating truly hot jellies is a challenge because the sugar breaks down the heat (which is why you keep sugar around when sampling extra-hot hot sauces). Just sayin'... you can do better on flavor than this choice.

I stumbled across this a few years back from an old friend. I thought she had got it at a little mom and pop shop, but then I stumbled across it here. I love this stuff!! I literally put it on everything, eggs, tacos, steak, chicken, fish, this Jalapeño Jelly is ambrosia of the gods.

Pepper jelly is suppose to be very good to jump start your metabolism in the morning and the Hot is my favorite! But they all have a great flavor!

Another successful Cornucopia kit purchased from Amazon!

These kits are amazingly simple. We've done so many now we hardly look at the easy to understand directions. Couple that with the very reasonable price (most other brand kits do not include corks, labels and foils!) and it's hard to go wrong with any Cornucopia wine kit.

The Kiwi Melon has a strong melon presence. We made this in December and it would probably be better off enjoying in the summer. Still it adds to our variety of wines we have on hand and we really enjoy having friends over to sample what we are making.

A nice sweet wine if you like sweet wine.

This is my first Amazon review because I really liked how this wine turned out. As with mostly all kits, all needed items came with the kit (juice, F-pack, labels, & corks, etc). Also, all directions were easy to follow. I did take the liberty and add an extra 5lbs of disolved sugar into primary fermentor. This wine would have given a ABV of abotu 5.5% without adding sugar. With the sugar I was able to take it up to 12% and the "balance" (your relationship between flavor and alcohol content)still really exists. Its been had by many people now, all with outstanding surprise on their faces! So for the price, this kit is well worth the time and money. Enjoy!

I did not do "Due diligence" on this product and realized after the purchase that I paid 36% more than normal retail. Don't be fooled by free shipping and price compare more than just a cursory look.

Check out the Internet. Pay at least 40% less at many online brewing supply stores. If you pay more than $17/can for this, you are being ripped off.

Wisconsin Chocolate Cheese Fudge

I was a bit hesitant in eating this cheese because I couldn't quite grasp why anyone would marry these flavors together but once I had some, it is the absolute BEST tasting cheese ever!
